You should study using this great teaching resource. VocabularySpellingCity makes learning your word lists fun and easy. I have put the word lists on the site for the Chargers Spelling Group and the Timmons Spelling Group. Your child can work to be in the Chargers Spelling Group by receiving a 90%-110% on their test. Now, if they go down in their grades for that particular week it will put them back in the Timmons 1st grade Spelling List. They can always go back to the Chargers group. I want to have a list for the students who want a challenge with their spelling and vocabulary and I'm hoping that soon all of the students will be in Chargers Spelling Group. The Bonus Word will only show up in the Chargers Spelling List and it is an choice that is worth 10 extra points. It shows up as word number #11. Just practice! Practice test on Thursdays--if they make 80% or higher NO TEST on friday!
