Spelling:

1. Each student creates an individualized list based on the words they created in class.
2. These words are self generated from standard list, Wordly Wise or challenging word lists.
3. Each student must study the words on their own and write a sentence with the words.
4. These sentence must be checked over by an adult at home.
5. Each Friday, students will take a test based on their own list in class.

In class or home practice is not collected. But here are some ways to practice on your own.

Monday: Organize your week's practice. If you do not know the definition, learn it.

Tuesday: Write a list at home to practice. Use the Spelling City games or your own creative way to learn.

Wednesday: Write sentences with your words and work on sentences.

Thursday: Take a practice test at home. Write out your list or type and print at home. Come to school prepared.

Friday: Take your spelling test at school.
