Welcome Survivor Learning Community,

This website will help you improve your spelling and expand your vocabulary-and enjoy doing it! Spelling and vocabulary will count as 15% of your reading grade. There will be no retests. Only students with more than 2 absences during the week will be given extra time. Please focus as you have fun.

New lists will be distributed to you on Mons. (Tues. if needed) electronically and on paper. Your electronic assessment will occur Mons. (Tues. if needed) during the word work section of our reading workshop. Your paper assessments will be due at that time.

During the week you will work on 1 phonics game, 2 spelling games, 1 writing assignment, 2 vocabulary games, and 1 language arts game. This does not include your practice spelling and vocabulary tests, which you can take as often as you'd like. You may explore all games once you complete the assignments.
