Dear Lower El Montessori Parents,

Welcome to our new spelling tool for the Magnolia lower elementary classroom. I think that your child will enjoy using these practice applications to make learning their spelling words intriguing. Please let me know if your child has any difficulty using this program, or with the difficulty of their spelling words. Your child is not required to use this program; it is merely an additional tool to aid them with learning their weekly spelling lists. We will continue to give a hard copy of the spelling words on Fridays and the spelling test will be dictated the following Thursday morning in class for each group. Your child will write their spelling words off the whiteboard each Monday morning. I will also give them one opportunity weekly to practice in class using Spelling City on our classroom laptop, if they need additional practice. Please let me know if you have any questions about our spelling program.
