There are several groups of lists on this site.
One group is to study the VOCABULARY for each week. Be sure that you test for vocabulary rather than spelling on these lists.
Spelling words group has all the spelling lists for the stories we read. These need to be tested for spelling, not vocabulary.
The final group of lists are Remedial lists. These lists are commonly misspelled word lists that I have pulled from a lower grade. I will be monitoring the progress of the kids as they work on the remedial lists. Students need to start with list 1 and work to list 17. They can move on to the next list once they receive a 100% on a test.( I will be monitoring this) Once all 17 lists are completed with 100% accuracy, a class reward will be given to the student.
Spelling is very important, please spend at least 20 minutes a week on Spelling City.
