Students and Parents,
We will be using Vocabulary City for spelling. Students will have words that they will need to learn to spell. Students will log in to their account and practice the vocabulary words created from the 5th Grade Core Word list that reflects different spelling patterns. Also included are important core subject vocabulary words.
The spelling list is set up so that the first six words are core vocabulary words in our curriculum that students must learn and the remaining six words are words that fit the spelling pattern that we are focusing on for these two weeks.
Students will be able to learn spelling strategies, practice easily at home/school, and improve their skills in a fun, engaging way. Teachers, students, and parents will be able to keep track of the progress made. Please watch for more information soon.
