Science4Us CODiE Award Winner
Science4Us Wins SIIA Education CODiE Award
for Best Science Instructional Solution
FORT LAUDERDALE, FL (May 18, 2016) – Science4Us, a K-2 interactive science program, today won a 2016 SIIA CODiE Award in the Best Science Instructional Solution category.
Sister site VocabularySpellingCity, a game-based program to build K-12 literacy skills, was a finalist in the Best Game-Based Curriculum Solution category.
The SIIA CODiE Awards are the premier awards for the software and information industries, and have been recognizing product excellence for more than 30 years.
VocabularySpellingCity and Science4Us were among 160 finalists across 29 education technology categories.
“We’re honored and thrilled that the CODiE Awards has recognized Science4Us as a leader in providing elementary students with science education,” said John Edelson, founder of VocabularySpellingCity and Science4Us. “Foundational STEM instruction at the earliest learning levels has long been neglected. Science4Us was created to fill an important need, providing tools that build both science and literacy knowledge in K-2 students, encouraging them to explore and preparing them to excel.”
The top honor of best overall educational product will be presented at the Education Industry Symposium, the nation’s leading education technology conference, in Denver on July 26.
