Welcome to third grade spelling! I know that you will enjoy spelling this year! Get ready to be a spelling superstar! Here's how to be a spelling superstar! On Monday take a preassessment for the list of words. After you take the test learn the words that you misspelled. You will also take a vocabulary preassessment so that you can see which words you need to discover the definition of. All week long continue to play games to practice your words. Remember to play both vocabulary and spelling games. On Wednesday take another assessment. I know you did much better. Try writing the words you missed five times each. Continue playing games to practice your spelling words amd their definitions. On Friday you will take a spelling and a vocabulary assessment that will be used for your reading grade.
