 One of the first steps in using VocabularySpellingCity is registering for an account. Registered users have the ability to save their word lists, plus you will have your very own VocabularySpellingCity homepage.

I am not able to register. None of the usernames I enter are being accepted.
If you are having trouble registering, try using a different browser. If that still doesn't work, clear your computer's cache. Click here for instructions on clearing your cache. After clearing your cache, turn your computer off for a minute or two. Then turn it back on, and you should then be able to register. If you continue to experience problems, please call us at 954-357-1150 and we'll help you register over the phone. Please note that the username you choose must be unique to our database. |

Why didn't I receive a confirmation email?
If you did not receive an email with a link to confirm your account, you will not be able to log into your account. Make sure to check your SPAM folder for your confirmation email. If you believe you may have accidentally deleted your confirmation email, please try to log in and this will generate another confirmation that will be sent to the email address you used to register. If you still do not receive it, email us and we will confirm your account for you. |
When I enter my email address, it says that there is already an account registered under that email address. How can that be?
You may have registered for an account in the past, but never confirmed your email address. Please send an email to info@spellingcity.com requesting that we activate your account. We can then reset your password and send your username to you so that you can log in. |
I am a basic (free) member, but I want to become a Premium Member. Do I need to create a new account?
No, you do not need to create a separate account. You can simply upgrade your existing account to Premium Membership. To do so, log into your account and select Premium Membership & Licenses from your Teacher Toolbox. |
