Getting started with VocabularySpellingCity is easy!
You can register for free by selecting the Register link in the top right-hand corner of the page. Only teachers and parents need to register. We strongly suggest that you do, as only registered users can save and customize their own lists and appear in our searchable index for students or colleagues. Students do not need to register and only need to log in if their teacher or parent is a Premium Member.

Your personal homepage URL will be http://www.spellingcity.com/ followed by your username. For example, if your username is SBrooks, your VocabularySpellingCity homepage URL will be:

I never received an e-mail to confirm my membership! How can I log in?
If you haven't received an email to confirm your account, please check your SPAM folder. If you need to request that the confirmation email be resent to you, simply try to log in using your registration username and password and another will be emailed to you. If you still do not receive the email, please contact us, and we will manually confirm your registration. |
Will my VocabularySpellingCity free membership expire, and if so, will I then have to pay to continue to use the site?
There is no limit to the time you may use VocabularySpellingCity for free. You are under no obligation to purchase a Premium Membership, although you must be a Premium Member to use our Premium games and activities with your own custom word lists. |

If I decide to become a Premium Member, will I need to open a new account?
No, you may simply upgrade your existing account to Premium by placing an order through Premium Membership & Licenses, located within your Teacher Toolbox. |
Do I have to confirm my membership if I upgraded to Premium Membership while registering?
No, Premium Members are automatically confirmed when they purchase during registration. If you did upgrade, you can go ahead and log in and begin using your Premium account. |
