How do I create groups of lists or students?
List Grouping can be done through your List Management page. Student Grouping can be done through the Students tab on your Gradebook. Simply click on "Create A New Group" and follow the instructions on the page. |
How do I add or remove a word list or a student from a group?
To add or remove a list or a student from a group, click the "Edit Group" link to the right of the group name you wish to modify. To add a list or student to the group, check the box next to the name of the list or student. To remove a list or student, uncheck the box next to the list or student name. Then click the Save button. |
How do I edit or delete a word list that is part of a group?
To edit or delete a word list that is part of a group, you must first open the group by clicking on the red arrow next to the group name. Then, you will be able to publish, edit, or delete any list in the group. |

Can I add a list or student to multiple groups?
Yes! To add a list or student to more than one group, click "Edit Group" next to the first group you wish to add the list or student to and save the group. To add that list or student to a second (third, etc.) group, click "Edit Group" for the next group you wish to add the list or student to. Open the group where the list or student has been saved by clicking on the red arrow next to that group's name. You can then check the box next to that list or student name and save your new group. |
| If I delete a group, will all of the lists/students within that group be deleted too? |

No. When you delete a group, all of the lists or students within that group will remain in your List Management and Gradebook respectively. They will now appear under List(s) or (Student(s)) Not in Groups. |
