"test me" takes forever to load 2008/01/30 14:42
i'm not having problems with playing a game or "teach me" but when i try to get it to test my daughter it doesn't load. it's not even that it takes forever, it just doesn't. it keeps saying "loading" am I the only one having issues with it?

Thanks

Thank you for pointing this out. We've had a couple other users notice this, too. This may be caused by a slow connection (dial-up), or perhaps your Flash player needs to be updated, which you can do for free at www.adobe.com. You can also try using a different browser. In the meantime, we are looking into what could possibly cause this.

I just received an email from a user who said that she could not get past the loading screen either, and when she went to download the latest version of Flash player, her computer would freeze up. Ironically, our site loads quickly and works fine on her new Vista PC. She feels that because she has an older computer, it's not able to handle our site nor the latest version of Flash player.

If any other users run into this issue, please tell us here. We'd be very interested in knowing:
- what operating system you are using (ie XP Home)
- your computer configuration (your memory in particular)
- what connection you have to the internet (dial-up, cable modum DSL other)?
- what browser you are using
- and, if possible, what browser and flash versions you have
