Using other people's lists 2008/05/31 10:17
How do I include someone else's list on my homepage for my students to use.

An "add list" button when a teacher views lists after searching does not seem too difficult.

Maybe I am missing something?

After you log into the site, click on the 'Find A List' button, and do search for whatever list you are looking for. When you find the list(s) you want, click the 'Import' link to the right of the list name, and that list will now appear in your List Management page as one of your lists too.

Hi,
This import works, but then the list I imported is duplicated on the "find a list" site. Is there a way to opt out of this function?
Thanks

You can edit the name of the imported list in your list management page so it does not have the exact name of the imported list. This way, when you do a search for it, it will only bring up the list with the name you gave it.
