Some users are experiencing login problems. Please follow the following steps to see if they resolve the login issue that you may be experiencing.

1. Try going to the site either using "www.spellingcity.com" or "spellingcity.com" without the "www". Either one of these access methods may solve the issue.

2. If the problem persists, clear the cache of your browser. In Internet Explorer (Microsoft) Tools->Internet Options -- under Browsing History click "Delete" and select "Delete All". Note that this will clear your entire cache (cookies, site passwords, etc.)

3. Close all browser windows, possibly restart computer if it's an option.

We are aware that there is an on-going issue that is preventing some users from logging into the system in certain cases. We are working hard to resolve this issue.
