I've forgotten my username and/or my password and cannot access my account.
If you cannot access your account, you could be receiving one of the following messages:

* Incorrect or missing login information: If you do not have the correct login information, click here.
* Your registration process is not complete! You should have received an email that included a link that must be clicked to confirm your account. If you did not receive a confirmation email, please attempt to log in and this will generate another confirmation reminder to be sent to the email address you used to register for your account. |
I am a Premium Member and my students are having trouble logging in. |

Please ensure that each student is using the correct username and password and that students are logging in under the Student Login box. You can retrieve your students' login information by logging in to your account, selecting Students & Gradebook from your Premium Teacher Toolbox and then selecting the Students tab. Note: Popular usernames for students may have an additional numeral automatically added due to lack of availability.

You can retrieve your students' login information by logging into your account, selecting Students & Gradebook from your Teacher Toolbox and then selecting the Students tab.
