I’ve forgotten my username and/or my password and cannot access my account.

If you cannot access your account, or you do not have the correct login information, click here.

I am a Premium Member and my students are having trouble logging in.

Please ensure that each student is using the correct username and password and that students are logging in under the Student Login box. You can retrieve your students’ login information by logging in to your account, selecting Students from your Toolbox and then selecting Show Passwords. Note: Popular usernames for students may have an additional numeral automatically added due to lack of availability.

I am experiencing technical difficulties or games/tests won’t load!

Many technical issues can be resolved by clearing your computer cache. For instructions on doing so, please click here.
