Welcome to SpellingCity.com. SpellingCity.com provides its services to you, subject to the following conditions. SpellingCity.com will update these conditions from time to time without notice.

DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE
SpellingCity.com provides  access to online services that allow users to take spelling tests, vocabulary test, practice for spelling and vocabulary tests, play spelling games, create printable spelling games over the Internet and share them with others. Users should understand and agree that all services are provided "AS-IS" and that SpellingCity.com assumes no responsibility for the timeliness, deletion, mis-delivery or failure to store any lists or member records.

USER  ACCOUNTS, PASSWORDS, AND SECURITY
When you use SpellingCity.com, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password.   

USER CONDUCT
You understand that all word lists, whether publicly published  or not, are the sole responsibility of the person from which such lists originated. SpellingCity.com does not control the lists posted via SpellingCity.com’s website and, can not guarantee the accuracy, integrity, or quality of such lists. Under no circumstances will SpellingCity.com be liable in any way for any lists, including, but not limited to, for any errors or omissions in any lists, or for any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of any lists. While SpellingCity.com may not pre-screen Content, SpellingCity.com reserves the unilateral right (but not the obligation) in their sole discretion to refuse or move any list that is available on SpellingCity.com. As users, your acknowledge that by placing the lists on SpellingCity.com, you know that they become widely available to other users.  At times, SpellingCity.com will remove lists and ban users. In one example, someone spoofed a teacher’s name creating an objectionable list with implicit comments about the teacher.  While SpellingCity.com does take some measures to avoid use of obscenities, there is ample room for mischievious individuals to create objectionable content.  Users are using the Internet: they should expect to be confronted from time to time with objectionable content.

By Use of the SpellingCity.com site, users agree that they will under no conditions hold SpellingCity.com responsible for any such incidents and their consequences. 

COPYRIGHT INFRINGEMENT NOTICE

 SpellingCity.com respects the intellectual property of others and we ask our users to do the same.  We have built for our users a sites which has appropriate activities for our users and which satisfy other SpellingCity.com criteria (no requests for child info, no downloads, no direct links to inappropriate sites, no aggressive advertising).  If any copyright owner is displeased with SpellingCity.com, please contact us and we will investigate.

If you believe that your work is accessible on the SpellingCity.com service in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, you may notify SpellingCity.com by providing SpellingCity.com (info  at  SpellingCity.com) the following information:
