How long does it take support to answer a question? I put in a question last week and STILL have not gotten a response.

We answer each question everyday (eweekday) before we go home. We do this both for free and premium users.

Exceptions. We get voicemails often that say the number too fast. Or are incoherent. Or just leave a bad callback number.
also, many people use bad emails on the contacts form.
