NOTE: Dear Parents and Students.... Remember, we are using "Belle Heth" for the school AND teacher at spelling city. Because we will transition to "Words Their Way" next month and will have 4 different lists for 4 different groups each week, it simplifies things. :-)
SpellingCity.com is a great site to give your child some interactive practice with their weekly spelling words. Each week your child's spelling words will be posted and I encourage you to allow them a few minutes (maybe 15-20) during the week to practice their words in a fun game-like setting. SpellingCity is a "menu item." Be sure to initial your child's assignment sheet so s/he receives homework credit.
