On some days students can not access their lists and therefore get the practise they need. I am able to access the lists when I sign in under my login but the students can not with theirs. On other days things work fine for the students. I need to access this resource daily and it needs to be reliable to avoid waisting valuable class time. It's disappointing. My subsrciption is about to expire so I am thinking twice about renewing it, especially if this is a regular issue.
Can anyone help? My kids love it, when it works!

I am new to spelling city and so excited about using it. I joined as premium member and initially entered 12 students with user names and passwords. Then a couple of days later I entered 2 more students ( paid for 25 students) and saved the info. They are on the list. But when the student (or I) log in using their info they do not have access to assignments as the other students do. Frustrating when I was so looking forward to using it. rlg
