I do not want to assign games to my son. I want him to be able to play as many games and which ever games he wants to or needs to in order to achieve his goals. But I find that he can't access the games unless they are assigned.
Is there a way around this? It is maddening! I just want to assign the teach me and the test and let him do as much or as little of the rest as he requires.

Although you cannot create assignments with "free choice" games, your son can play games anytime and his activities will be recorded in your Gradebook. When he logs in, ask him to click "My Teacher's Homepage." From there, he can select a word list and click "Play A Game."
