Registered users can log into their account and save lists through List Management in their Toolbox. It is easy to import or copy another user’s lists. While logged into your account, use Find A List to locate the member’s account from whom you wish to import a list. Watch List Management Overview in the Help Videos for everything you need to know about lists.

  • How do I save a list?

    Log into your account, select List Management, then select Create a New List.

  • How do I copy/import a list?

    Log into your account, use Find a List to locate the list(s) you'd like to import. Click the "Import" link next to the name of each list you'd like to import into your own account.

  • How do I print?

    A list must be loaded in order to view the print icon. Be sure you have first selected a list, then click Play A Game.

    Apps
  • Apple App - I am unable to access the games on my Apple device because of Flash.

    Flash is not supported on Apple products. If you are receiving an error message indicating you need a Flash Player, you are no longer connected through the app; you are using the web browser.

  • Android App - What is the difference between a Mobile Pass and Premium Membership?

    Mobile pass gives Android app users the ability to log into their free accounts as well as find lists on the web.

    Premium Membership allows Android app users to create accounts for multiple students, who may log into the app and access additional premium activities. Premium Membership also includes student progress tracking, the ability to create assignments, and more.

  • How do I upgrade to a Premium Membership?

    It is easy to upgrade your free account to Premium from within your Toolbox. Simply select Premium Membership & Licenses and complete the order form.

  • Is there a money-back guarantee?

    Yes, all new Premium Members are eligible for a 30 day money-back guarantee.

  • Why can't I see my students' grades or activities?

    In order to view student data, logged in Premium Members can select Show Viewing Options for Test Results, Students or Writing to select the data they wish to see.

  • How do I share licenses?

    Purchased student licenses can be shared amongst several teachers through Licenses & Orders > License Sharing.

  • Can you pro-rate the Premium Membership?

    No, Premium Membership is packaged for one full calendar year. Students can be deleted at the end of a school year to free up licenses for new students.

  • Do you accept Purchase Orders?

    Yes. For expedited service, please include your sales quote number on your purchase order. Sales quotes can be generated while logged into your account by selecting Premium Membership & Licenses and completing the order form selecting Purchase Order/Check as your method of payment.
