More Ways to Improve Student Writing!
VocabularySpellingCity has always given teachers and parents the ability
to customize instructions for writing practice activities, but now
Premium Members can add video lessons to their instructions! Topics
include:
- - Subject/Verb Agreement
- - Crazy Commas
- - Declarative and Interrogative Sentences
- - Narrative Paragraphs
During the month of April, we will also be testing the addition of
text-to-speech (TTS) technology, which will allow students of Premium
Members to have their Sentence Writing Practice or Paragraph Writing
Practice activities read aloud before submitting them. Hearing sentences
and paragraphs read aloud makes students aware of the fluency of their
writing. They can easily edit sentences and paragraphs right on the page,
listen again, and submit their work when they are ready. Let us know how
your students like these new features.
